A new range of high intensity forensic light sources

Where serious crime demands intensive crime scene examination, the new Crime-lite^® 80S range offers levels of illumination and ease of use that will almost certainly increase the detection of evidence.

Five forensic light sources, each fitted with multiple high intensity LEDs with a total rating of 80W, offer exceptional radiant output. Four emit narrow bandwidth illumination in the violet, blue, blue-green and green, for detecting blood, body fluids and fibres at the crime scene and for examining stained fingerprints in the laboratory. The fifth, a white light model for general search, is supplied with red, green and blue clip-on filters to enhance the contrast of evidence, such as blood spatter, on coloured backgrounds.

Weighing only 650g, each Crime-lite^® 80S possesses a radiant output power to weight ratio far in excess of most other forensic light source currently available, with the added advantage of producing even, shadow-free beams of light that maximise the clarity of evidence.

Supplied as portable kits with rechargeable batteries and viewing glasses.
